Dr Hafizah Zaharah Binti Ahmad

Dr. Hafizah Zaharah Binti Ahmad is a highly respected Clinical Oncologist at Sunway Medical Centre, with over 15 years of experience in the field. She earned her MD in 2001 and Masters in Clinical Oncology in 2011, both from the National University of Malaysia. She specializes in treatments such as Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, and Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy. Dr. Hafizah has received advanced training internationally, including 3D Image-Guided Brachytherapy for Cervical Cancer training at Tata Memorial Centre in Mumbai, India, Advanced Radiotherapy training at Ramathibodi Hospital in Thailand, and SRS & SBRT Spine training at Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre in Toronto, Canada. In 2014, Dr. Hafizah received an Excellent Service Award. She is also a member of the Malaysian Medical Association and the Malaysian Oncology Society. She is fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
